Rental Terms & Conditions


Payment
- Rental agreement required before installation
- Payment should be done via PDC (Post-Dated Cheque)
- Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) are mandatory before machine installation
- PDC cheques must cover the full agreed rental tenure
- Machine will be dispatched only after successful verification of PDC cheques e.g.,
- For a 6-month rental period, 6 PDC cheques are required
- For a 12-month rental period, 12 PDC cheques are required

Mandatory and Required Terms
- ID proof (adhar card and pan card) check of customer/purchaser
- GST number for businesses
- Customer must purchase coffee beans separately
- Only Latteholic coffee beans must be used with the rented machine (as we have 4 coffee variants so you can buy as per your choice)
- Coffee quantity can be customized as per your monthly requirement
- Rental amount to be paid in advance every month

Service & Maintenance
- First service free and rest will be paid
- Demo and Installation free
- Routine maintenance included in rental
- Includes cleaning guidance, basic tuning, and operational checks
- Service provided by authorized Latteholic technicians
- PCB (electronic board) is not covered
 - Any PCB repair or replacement will be chargeable to the customer

Machine Usage Guidelines

 Proper Usage Responsibilities
- Machine must be operated as per Latteholic guidelines
- User must ensure proper power supply and cleanliness
- Any misuse or negligence may lead to repair charges

Location & Accessibility
- Coffee Machine should be placed in a dry, ventilated area
- Easy access must be provided for service visits

Availability
- This rental coffee machine plain is available for Delhi NCR and Mumbai location

Important Terms & Conditions


- Machine must be operated by trained staff only
- Any damage due to mishandling or negligence will be chargeable
- Security deposit will be refunded after:
- Safe machine return
- Physical inspection
- No pending dues
- Machine will be inspected at the time of return
- Damage beyond normal wear & tear will be deducted from the security deposit
